Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within our Salesforce environment, following best practices and ensuring high performance.

 

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Work closely with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis to define scalable, feasible solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.
  • Ensure smooth deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the system.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 4 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers and Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience, Service.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and security configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, external system connections).
  • Background with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment best practices.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

 

Now, it would be fantastic if You:

  • Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Developer II, Javascript 
  • Have ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
