QA Manager
JD-Quality Assurance Managers devise and safeguard quality standards in production companies. They manage staff and oversee processes that affect the product's overall integrity, such as data analysis or policy-making regarding higher quality demands by customers' needs.
Position - QA Manager
Location -Kolhapur(Gokulshirgaon)
Qualification - B.E./Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience - Minimum 5 Years
Knowledge, skills & Abilities - Knowledge of QMS, Drawings, Product & process, MSA, SPC, System Audit.Customer complaints Handling & action plan. Internal quality control, rejection analysis & action plans.
Salary - 30k to 40k
Roles & Responsibilities -
1.Proper communication with customer related to quality.
2.Handling customer complaints & take action plan closure.
3. To fulfilment of customer specific requirements & reporting.
4. To control internal quality.
5.To communicate on daily internal rejection analysis & action plan.
6. MSA , SPC planning & monitoring & communicate to concern person if required.
7. Daily quality inspection planning , monitoring & execution.
8. To plan & execute layout, process & product audit.
9. Rejection tonnage monitoring & disposal.
10.Supplier quality monitoring & improvement with Supplier Quality department
11.Process improvement analysis to improve product quality.
12. Handling quality manpower.
13. Giving on job training to workers to improve other skills.
14. Facing customer audit & prepare action plan for improvement.
15. Submission of ISIR for New product development.
16. Submission document of PPAP.
17. Generate PO for new gauges requirement.
18. Monthly MIS data submission & presentation.
19. Calibration activity palning & monitoring.
20.Conduct & face QMS audit.
21. Check & maintain daily inspction status.
22. Review & analysis of quality out puts & improvements.
23.Preparation & submission of packing work instruction & verious internal functions of final quality plan.
24.Verification of PDIR & submission to customer.
25. To take descision related to quality about product & process.
26. To calculate internal COPQ.
27. To monitor Supplier/Customer COPQ & issue debit note.
28. To monitor Operator wise COPQ
29.ECN monitoring & execution with cut off.
30. OPL display to aware customer complaint & to promote basic knowledge.
31. 5'S' monitoring & implementation.
32. Periodic visit to customer to undrstand customer need & expections.
33.Communicate by mailing to customers & suppliers related to other issues.
34. 2D & 3D lay out monitoring.
35. Sample approval for new development parts
36.Customer portal verification periodicaly.
37. Assist & co-ordinate with HR dept. for Recruitment of new manpower
38. Authority to stop production in case of non conformance.
39. Member of MRM & CFT
40. TCS data entry
41. To attend Daily rejection review meeting.
42. Casting rejection analysis monitoring.
