The Vividly Professional Services Finance team is a newly defined pillar of Customer Experience. We are looking to drive client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing. We are seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic professional to join the Customer Experience team as a Trade Dispute Resolutions Specialist! If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude, you'll fit right in. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of Small to Midsize Business (SMB) helping these companies better understand, optimize, and analyze trade spend dollars.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Performs validation against key criteria to determine whether or not expense can be filed for repayment 
  • Play integral part in building disputes platform with developers
  • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to improve the deduction dispute process
  • Calculate monthly commission statements
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Customer Success - Deduction Management Services department

What We Look For

  • 2+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management including logistics claim filing
  • Works PST, MST, EST timezones
  • Deductions experience is required
  • Experience with TPM software is an added bonus!
  • Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
  • A GSD attitude and the willingness to change processes and methods as we evolve

Non-optional Qualifications

  • Has held a job in PST, MST, EST timezones for 1-2 years
  • Proficiently writes, reads, speaks English
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • CPG Industry experience is required
  • 2+ years experience with dispute resolution
