Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

As a Sales Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in both driving your own account success and supporting the growth of a small and growing team of Account Executives. In this role, you’ll be a mentor, strategist, and problem-solver—helping team members navigate the sales landscape and develop their skills. You’ll continue to meet and exceed your own KPIs and sales targets, all while leading by example and ensuring that your team achieves success alongside you. If you’re someone who can balance individual performance with team leadership, this is the role for you.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned markets.
  • Manage the sales process from end to end, from lead generation to contract signature

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 4 Account Executives to ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs for both individual and team performance.
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and client projects.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge sharing.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in Software Sales at the B2B Enterprise level. You would typically have:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of enterprise sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales
  • You ideally have an experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations)
  • You are comfortable in mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence
  • You have a deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability

WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED

Full remote from the US, preferably close to NYC, or Montreal (our offices are based in Paris, France).

YOUR TEAM

Within the Sales team, you will report directly to our VP Sales and work alongside other Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers. You will also work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams amongst others.
