Mira Search, a leading HR agency in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of their client, Our client is a technology company specializing in QR code solutions. They likely offer a range of services, including QR code generation, integration, and management for businesses across various sectors They're looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new business.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including email, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct outreach to leads and clients, ensuring a high-level engagement throughout the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Generate and present reports on lead generation and business development metrics to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or lead generation, preferably within the recruitment or marketing industry;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation software;
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving results.
