We are hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) for remote positions. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details:

• Role: Full-time, Remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + comprehensive benefits

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions to support clients’ mental wellness.
• Creating a welcoming, supportive space for open communication.
• Assisting clients in setting and achieving personal growth objectives.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Experience in therapy, treatment planning, and virtual care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.
