Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their product vision and strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction of their iGaming offerings, ensuring they meet user needs, comply with industry regulations, and achieve business objectives. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, directly influencing user experience and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for new features or product enhancements.
2. Product Strategy and Vision
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, effectively communicating priorities and timelines to stakeholders.
3. Feature Definition and Prioritization
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to define features that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Prioritize product features based on customer value, market demand, and return on investment.
4. User Experience and Design
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Oversee the design process, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user expectations.
5. Cross-functional Leadership
  • Serve as the primary liaison between platform development teams, marketing, customer support, and payment operations to align on product goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches.
6. Development and Project Management
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, scope, and resources efficiently.
7. Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position the product effectively and reach the target audience.
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared for market entry.
8. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product features and marketing strategies.
9. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements within the iGaming industry.
  • Stay informed about legislative changes that may impact product features or marketability.
10. Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with executives and key stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged in product strategies.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from multiple sources to drive continuous product improvement.
11. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging experimentation and new ideas.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product, processes, and user experience based on evolving market trends and user feedback.
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within B2C or B2B products in the iGaming, Gambling, or Crypto industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong business mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and user needs.
  • High level of user empathy, ensuring product development aligns with customer expectations.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Incident Management and escalation processes.
  • Ability to generate product ideas and validate them through A/B testing.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Strong prioritization and backlog management skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to make informed product decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Experience in QA and familiarity with testing processes.
  • Proficient in Google/Web Analytics.
  • Ability to define product experience metrics to ensure stability and quality.
  • Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English.
