Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing startup iGaming operator, is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute brand strategy across multiple markets. This is a fully remote role for a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience engagement within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance visibility and market presence.
  • Define and maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional content, and advertising materials to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to maintain a consistent and engaging brand experience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO, affiliate, and social media teams to optimize brand positioning and drive engagement.
  • Ensure all branding efforts comply with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.
  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor brand performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with CIS iGaming markets is a must
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, and brand performance tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and user acquisition strategies is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with brand launches or rebranding in the iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of psychological marketing and customer behavior in online gaming.
