FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a Recruiting/HR Coordinator Intern to work to support our recruiting/ staffing business.

This program provides hands-on experience with real-world HR and recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR and recruiting functions in a phase of organizational growth and development.
Exceptional performance during the program may lead to a paid internship opportunity, setting the stage for a promising career in Recruiting/ HR.

Responsibilities:

Identify candidates, and pipelining quality candidates
Post positions on various job boards as required
Coach candidates on best practice interviewing
Negotiate offers and closing
Track requisitions and candidates, including metrics and reporting
Provide guidance and answering questions related to processes and contacts for temporary hiring
Build strategic sourcing pipelines with key individuals, both internal and external to the company, with significant social networks and insightful recommendations for top talent
Expand our referral efforts, attend related events and generate sourcing campaigns
Enter data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
Maintain HR department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees.
Help with new hire onboarding, which includes issuing the offer letter, triggering the background check, and all onboarding procedures.

Required Experience:

1-2 years recruiting for data scientist, data analyst, data engineers, etc.
Bachelor degree, technical background are plus
Proven ability to attract top talent using non-traditional recruitment methods
Ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and employees
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and be highly proactive
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus
Worked in the high tech industry, a plus
