Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with 30-minute paid break, Singapore Time

Shift 1 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Shift 2 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Shift 3 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the web3 space using various online platforms
Initiate contact with KOLs through social media and messaging platforms
Follow a structured playbook to engage KOLs and set up meetings or telegram groups
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting setup targets
Collaborate with the internal team to hand off qualified KOLs for further engagement

Scope:

Conduct outreach to 50-100 potential KOLs per day
Set up 5-10 meetings or telegram groups per week
Maintain a 10% positive response rate from outreach efforts
Provide daily reports on outreach activities and results
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights
Continuously update and refine the KOL database based on outreach results

Requirements

Fluency in English
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting engaging messages
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
Basic knowledge of the web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain space
Ability to work independently and follow a structured playbook
Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with working in shifts to provide coverage across different time zones
