Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday. The assistant can choose from 10am to 2pm or 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm UK 

Responsibilities

  • Manage tutor documentation and references
  • Contact references and upload information to tutor profiles in the CRM system
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential tutors
  • Book tutors for classes and manage their schedules
  • Send emails to clients regarding class availability and scheduling
  • Facilitate communication between tutors, clients (parents/guardians/nannies), and the company
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the CRM


Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in email communication and use of CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with tutors and clients
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
