  • Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm Central time (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM PHT)

Job Description

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind our online presence, crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You’ll manage our social media channels, design eye-catching newsletters, and orchestrate email campaigns that convert leads into loyal clients. Responsibilities

  • Spearhead social media management across multiple platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand voice
  • Design and customize newsletters that showcase our expertise in college planning, retirement strategies, and tax savings
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, targeting specific demographics with tailored messaging
  • Ensure seamless alignment between our website content and marketing materials
  • Create and maintain a library of marketing templates for various channels and purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies
  • Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all marketing-related data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist in video editing and incorporation of multimedia elements into our marketing materials

Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Strong design skills with an eye for creating visually appealing marketing materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation
  • Understanding of best practices in email marketing, social media management, and content strategy
  • Adaptability to work across multiple business lines and tailor marketing approaches accordingly
