Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Benefits & Wellness Manager to oversee and enhance our global benefits and wellness programs. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our benefits offerings meet the needs of our diverse, multinational workforce while aligning with our organizational goals and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits management, wellness program design, and a deep understanding of global benefits trends and regulations. This role is essential in supporting the wellbeing of our team members in and out of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy that supports our business objectives and enhances employee satisfaction.
  • Benchmark and analyze competitive benefits offerings and industry trends to ensure our benefits package remains attractive and effective.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to tailor benefits programs to meet local needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Oversee the administration and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and benefits providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits program performance, including usage and employee feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Design and implement global wellness initiatives that promote employee health and well-being, including mental health programs, fitness challenges, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of wellness across the organization and integrate wellness practices into the company’s overall health strategy.
  • Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and manage the impact of such changes on benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to inform employees about benefits offerings, changes, and wellness programs.
  • Create educational materials and conduct training sessions to help employees understand and maximize their benefits.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5-7+ years) in benefits management and wellness program administration, with a strong understanding of global benefits practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of international benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with vendor management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency to interact at all levels of the organization
