Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), voice assistants, and agents.
Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific use cases and integrate them into scalable applications.
Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
Research and implement innovative techniques to improve model performance, interpretability, and scalability.
Analyze model outputs to identify and resolve biases or performance issues.

Requirements

Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Strong background in NLP and conversational AI.
In-depth knowledge of deep learning and large language models.
Experience with speech processing tools (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text).
Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
