We are looking for Project Managers to join our talent pool for upcoming game development projects. This role is not for a specific project but for future opportunities. We want to connect with experienced PMs who are interested in working with us when new projects start. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the gaming industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle game development, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee and coordinate all team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities.
• Create and maintain project timelines and roadmaps to keep development on track and prevent delays.
• Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage process dependencies.
• Provide project reports and overall progress updates in line with project changes.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and that all stakeholders are informed about progress.
• Optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry.
• Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes.
• Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.).
• Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• English - Upper Intermediate or higher.
