Job description

Our client an innovative iGaming company seeks a Head of Product Design to join their team.

You'll oversee the creative direction and execution of visually compelling, user centered designs for millions of gamers. You will be working on a community social gaming platform and a leading gamified shopping platform

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of user experiences and interfaces for the clients gaming platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and user needs.
Create and guide the design of visually compelling UI elements and components that are both functional and aesthetically appealing, contributing to a cohesive brand identity.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual assets, including icons, illustrations, UI components, and other design elements, ensuring consistency across the platform.
Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, setting design standards and best practices for the team.
Design and develop interactive prototypes that effectively communicate UX flows, UI animations, and the overall user experience.
Spearhead user research sessions, analyse findings, and iterate on designs based on user feedback, ensuring designs are user-centered and intuitive.
Own and contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring visual consistency across the product and aligning with industry standards and user expectations.
Create pixel perfect designs, ready for seamless handoff to developers, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
Drive design optimisation by analysing user data and feedback to continuously improve existing interfaces and experiences.
Mentor and collaborate with junior and mid-level designers, sharing expertise in gaming industry best practices and visual design principles.
