Job description

The Role:

Manager for a team of Sales Agents.

Your team will:

Prospect and qualify new leads to generate business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential clients, onboarding them to our service.
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
⁠Address client concerns and objections, providing effective solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Sales Manager.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the cryptocurrency market.

Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 5 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets, at least 2 years of Manager experience
⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle objections and resistance from potential clients.
⁠Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
⁠Experience in the cryptocurrency industry, and solid understanding of blockchain.
