Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 5000 USD (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Senior FP&A Analyst will work with multiple clients as a fractional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) specialist. This role requires a sharp, analytical mindset and a proactive approach to financial forecasting, reporting, and customer analysis. The ideal candidate is highly coachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in an independent work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain annual budgets for multiple clients.
Conduct monthly budget vs. actual reporting to track financial performance.
Perform net revenue retention and customer cohort analysis, specifically for B2B SaaS businesses.
Work closely with clients to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Utilize Google Workspace for financial reporting and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (strong communication skills required).
3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a client-facing role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience working with B2B SaaS companies.
Background in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
