Job description

Role : Sr. Hybris Developer

Location : US-Remote

Job Description:

Must have: Hybris framework, Hybris Admin Console, Spring framework, Git, SVN, SOAP UI, Postman, Bitbucket, Jenkins

Good to have: UI Experience with Ruby on Rails, Angular JS, SQL, SOAP Services, REST Services

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Hybris developer, with at least 1 year of Ruby on Rails and Angular experience.

• Experience with Hybris Admin Management console.

• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for Java web applications.

• Understanding of software version control systems, such as Git or Subversion.

• Familiar with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using Java, Ruby on Rails for UI and Angular primarily.

• Write efficient and well-structured code to implement business logic and functionality on the Java and Ruby on Rails platform.

• Experience in consuming SOAP Web services and REST APIs in Java platform.

• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications.

• Collaborate with other developers, database administrators, and system administrators to integrate applications.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, coding standards, and user manuals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data migration, and software deployment activities.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues related to Java web applications and propose appropriate solutions.

• Manage the workload and ensure that projects are completed on time.

• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

• Extensive experience with Java development tools, such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Proven ability to lead team and deliver project on time.
