Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Implementation, Sr Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that our MarTech solutions, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other related technologies, are properly implemented on caesars.com and in the Rewards App. You will be responsible for writing test cases, running tests in various environments and collecting evidence, and confirming the accuracy and effectiveness of our MarTech implementations and documentation. . Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in monitoring Caesars digital products’ functionality and growth through on-going tracking audits, incremental test measurement and forecasting, and maintaining Caesars’ digital data integrity across platforms. Ultimately, this role is instrumental in delivering increased conversions and loyalty member engagement in all digital channels, as well as an emphasis on improving the customers’ overall web experience to drive measurable revenue growth.

This role is remote, with one required visit to Las Vegas or Property once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate the implementation of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, media pixels, and other MarTech solutions
  • Conduct thorough testing in different environments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collection and reporting, and collect and document the evidence of successful test cases
  • Responsible for owning and maintain testing documentation that includes instructions, processes and known issues
  • Own and maintain test cases within Observepoint for automated validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, architects, developers, scrum masters, and product owners, to identify and resolve implementation issues
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MarTech implementations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in MarTech solutions and testing methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on MarTech implementations
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to drive out root cause of complex technical problems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other MarTech solutions
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, as well as analyzing test results
  • Experience working with QEs, scrum teams, and product development teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to document and accurately represent sufficient test cases to satisfy requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional Relevant Qualifications

  • Experience with ObservePoint is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Tags and the WebSDK are a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud®, primarily AEM Sites®, Target®, and Analytics® or similar MarTech
  • Experience with Atlassian® Application Lifecycle Management tools (Jira®, Confluence®, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile principles, values and frameworks
  • Experience with Customer Journeys, User Story Mapping, Persona writing, User Story writing and other Digital Product techniques.
  • Able to foster open communication, while collaborating frequently with others
