Job description

Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is seeking a Wealth Management Specialist who will be responsible for the initial engagement of Advisors in the assigned Growth Team region, connecting Advisors to the Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. Provide support to the Growth Team in the delivery of value-added programs and communications to all Tier levels of Advisors.


What you will do:


  • Establish the Advisor relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support directly to Advisors & their staff.
  • For Advisors, follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement.
  • Create a value-added relationship with Advisor back-office support with the purpose of gaining trust, and improving relationships (end client), satisfaction, and retention.
  • Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes.
  • Curate value line driver-focused one-to-many webinars for Advisors.
  • Provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.


What you need to have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of Service, Relationship, and/or Sales Experience.
  • SIE and Series 7 Licenses.


Travel Requirements:


  • Up to 15% for Advisor Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events.
