We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, sales, and market research. The Sales Analyst will play a key role in helping our sales team achieve their goals by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape
Create sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new sales strategies and tactics
Help to identify potential new market segments and customers, and work with sales team to develop strategies to target them
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for sales activities and performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and sales
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, metrics, and KPIs
Experience with market research and competitive analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience with CRM and sales management software
Experience with SQL is a plus
