This is a fully-remote, full-time contractor role.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a scalable acquisition strategy across channels like paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships to drive high-quality leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Identify and eliminate friction points in the user journey to increase activation rates and improve long-term retention
  • Continuously optimize pricing models and value propositions to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth
  • Leverage data and experimentation to refine acquisition channels, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall marketing performance
  • Establish automated and repeatable growth processes that drive sustainable customer acquisition and retention at scale
  • Position the platform as a market leader by effectively differentiating it from competitors and capitalizing on its unique capabilities
  • Gather customer insights and collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and reduce churn
  • Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn rate, conversion rates) to ensure consistent progress toward acquisition, retention, and revenue growth goals

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, expertise in user acquisition and retention, and a deep understanding of SaaS business models
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Problem-Solver: You thrive on solving complex challenges and aren’t afraid to experiment and iterate
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the product, users, and team dynamics. You’ve identified key growth opportunities and started testing initial strategies.
  • 60 Days: You’ve implemented and optimized acquisition campaigns, improved onboarding, and gathered actionable customer feedback.
  • 90 Days: You’ve acquired the first paying customers, improved retention metrics, and established a clear growth roadmap for the future.
