GoTeam is looking for an Energy Modeler who is passionate about sustainable design and energy efficiency in architectural projects? We are seeking an Energy Modeler to join our team and collaborate on groundbreaking architectural projects throughout North America using our new software platform AI for MEP®.

What You Will Do:

Coordinating with clients, MEP/FP/IT design teams, and other consultants to ensure consistent design, resolve conflicts, and maintain the design schedule.
Participating in meetings and conference calls as necessary.
Performing energy simulations to assist design teams with equipment selection and energy use strategies.
Preparing documentation for LEED and WELL projects.
Generating energy compliance reports for various regulations and standards.
Analyzing and solving engineering problems using industry standards and calculations.
Providing mentoring and guidance for colleagues.

Qualifications:

ABET-accredited degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Energy.
Two or more years of energy modeling experience with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials, or ability to obtain.
Experience with EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, HAP, TRACE 700 or TRACE 3D PlusTM.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360.
Knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
