Location and Workplace: Philippines, Remote work set-up

Shift Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 9 PM to 6 AM

Salary: PHP 80,000

GoTeam is currently seeking an innovative and skilled AI Specialist to spearhead the integration of AI and automation across our investments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, an aptitude for learning new tools and frameworks, and a passion for building AI agents, automation, and large language models (LLMs). This role is pivotal in laying the foundation for a future consulting team that will deliver AI-driven solutions to external companies.

Key Duties:

• AI and Automation Development: Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents, automation workflows, and LLM-based solutions tailored to business needs, starting with sales and marketing.
• API Integration: Connect and integrate IT applications using APIs, token management, and other integration tools.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and applications to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Low/No-Code Platforms: Learn and leverage low/no-code AI agent-building platforms (e.g., relevance.ai, lindy.ai) to accelerate solution delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop AI-powered tools and processes.
• Team Development: Lay the groundwork for a future consulting team by developing scalable solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in technology roles, preferably with exposure to AI and automation.
• Familiarity with machine learning model development, fine-tuning LLMs, and natural language processing (NLP) tools.
• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, R, or Java) and a willingness to learn low/no-code AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, token management, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or custom automation solutions is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous learning mindset.
