Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to manage and optimize our treasury operations, with a primary focus on debt and cash management. This role will be responsible for overseeing cash flow forecasting, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with lending and borrowing practices.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Lead and manage cash flow forecasting activities to ensure adequate liquidity for the company.
• Oversee and track all financial transactions, ensuring accurate records.
• Administer order accounting and bank accounts, including monitoring and auditing.
• Ensure compliance with financial and debt-related regulations, including adherence to bank requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports to banks and financial institutions to support borrowing and credit processes.
• Maintain understanding of debt management and loan covenants.
• Provide insights on financial conditions to assist with strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interact with banks and lenders for smooth treasury operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of financial data and meet established deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate treasury processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, focusing on debt and cash management.
• Proven experience in cash flow forecasting and financial transaction management.
• Strong knowledge of debt management, including asset-based lending and compliance with bank covenants.
• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a treasury role in large or complex organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Exposure to diverse debt portfolios and treasury operations.
