Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location and Workplace: Work from Home

Salary: Up to PHP 70, 000

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in assisting both our accounting and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, be proficient with NetSuite, and have the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities:

Weekly Tasks:

• Reconcile TrueCommerce invoices to NetSuite to ensure all are uploaded and reflected accurately
• Manage chargeback disputes with retailers
• Handle sales tax items, manage inbox tasks, and complete monthly accrual calculations
• Update Purchase Order tracking data for Supply Chain monitoring
• Book returns and damages in NetSuite
• Book RM (raw material) inventory receipts in NetSuite

Monthly Tasks:

• Create commission calculations and send reporting to brokers
• Support the Supply Chain Director with data pulling and updates for inventory forecasting

Annual Tasks:

• Perform physical count inventory reconciliations
• Assist with 1099 tax filings
• Manage property tax filings

Required Qualifications:

• Basic accounting knowledge with experience using NetSuite
• Proficient in Excel (advanced skills preferred)
• Strong analytical abilities, particularly with large data sets
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially in accounting and supply chain teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a financial analyst or related role
• Familiarity with TrueCommerce and chargeback dispute processes
