Job description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months only)

Location and Workplace: Philippines (Work From Home)

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000


Summary: We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist, focused on recruiting for higher-level roles including HR, Sales Trainers, and Service Trainers. This 6-month contract role involves screening candidates and managing the recruitment process for urgent hires for Houston location.


About the Job

Key Duties:

  • Manage recruiting postings and filter resumes.
  • Conduct prescreen interviews to verify candidates’ experience, salary expectations, and commuting distance.
  • Execute initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit and interest in the role.
  • Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Execute background checks and raise flags appropriately.
  • Complete the onboarding process, including necessary paperwork.
  • Audit employee records for compliance.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology, technical roles, and skills.
  • Knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Indeed portal.
  • Experience in the transportation/heavy machinery industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related human resources field.
  • Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, particularly in Executive roles.
  • Previous experience collaborating with US clients in the hiring process.
  • Experience working within a transportation/heavy machinery company.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
