Summary:

GoTeam is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data to support key business decisions, improve data quality, and drive the impact of our food programs. Your insights will be integral to refining processes and shaping the future of our food program, which is delivered in partnership with a client specializing in high-quality, fresh, culturally relevant food service programs in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Solve complex data problems using tools and algorithms to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop database queries to support business decision-making.
• Create and monitor metrics to measure performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze data for actionable insights.
• Design visualizations to communicate trends and patterns effectively.
• Use programming and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance and optimize data analytics practices.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel, including basic formulas and advanced functions.
• Experience with VBA and Power Query for task automation.
• Comfortable creating dashboards to visualize data insights.
• Experienced in data cleaning, wrangling, and using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Comfortable creating reports and presentations for decision-making.
• Proven experience in improving data processes and ensuring quality.
• Familiarity with the food service or social enterprise industry is a plus, but not required.
