Job description

Job Title: L1 Helpdesk Support Specialist

Company: GoTeam

Location and Workplace: Remote

Schedule: Night Shift, 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time

Salary: Up to PHP 45,000 per month

Summary

We are looking for an L1 Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist users in navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, manage mobile devices, and resolve various technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Support mobile device management, enrollment, and security policies.
  • Help users navigate SharePoint, manage data, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Provide email support, manage mailboxes, and troubleshoot email delivery issues.
  • Assist users with setup in Microsoft Teams, meeting configurations, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Handle workstation, printer, and peripheral issues, including installations and configurations.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in helpdesk or a similar role.
  • Experienced in IT support and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
  • Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
