Loan Processor | Night Shift & Work from Home | Up to 35k

Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000

The Commercial Loan Processor will support our operations team and sales force. This role is essential for facilitating lease and loan transactions for various types of equipment.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Prepare contracts for customer signature on equipment financing.
• Request and review documentation from dealers and insurance partners.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and insurance companies via phone and email.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in the CRM Leasepath.
• Review documents for accuracy to meet funding requirements.
• Engage with funding partners to ensure timely transactions.
• Handle a high volume of processing requests from various entities.
• Effectively prioritize and multitask while working independently.
• Communicate clearly via email with minimal errors.
• Maintain oversight of tasks with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and relationship building with clients and partners.
• Proficiently use Outlook, Excel, Word, and digital file management.
• Utilize the CRM, Leasepath effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Background in loan processing or familiarity with vehicle financing procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with CRM software

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience in customer service or relationship management.
