Job Requirements

Strategy & Design Thinking

• Product Strategy: Translate design strategies into actionable product roadmaps with clear, well-structured design files and systems.
• Systems Thinking: Ensure designs are cohesive, scalable, and optimized for long-term usability.
• Design Planning: Manage design processes, milestones, and resources for seamless execution.
  
  

User Interface & Experience

• UI Design: Craft high-quality, accessible, and scalable interfaces.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes for early testing and iteration.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Brand & Visual Design: Align all outputs with brand identity and aesthetics.
  
  

Technology & Collaboration

• Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Figma (including variables), understanding of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow).
• Empathy & Adaptability: Embrace feedback, stay objective, and adjust designs as needed.
• Curiosity & Initiative: Ask insightful questions, stay eager to learn, and explore creative solutions.
