As a project manager, you work together with our CRM Architects, HubSpot Consultants, and our clients to ensure technical projects are consistently completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work closely with internal CRM Architects, HubSpot Consultants, and technical vendors to define a program and/or project’s scope, goals, schedule, available resources and deliverables.
• Resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, attending consultant-led meetings and engaging stakeholders.
• Navigate change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Ensure the business deliverables and goals for a particular project or program are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to provide the appropriate stakeholders with the status of projects.
• Consistently and accurately, review and maintain documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active projects.
• Provide effective guidance to employees and/or team members through planning appropriate resources and communicating performance expectations.
• Effectively delegate / leverage project team members to help meet business objectives.
• Scheduling client meetings and coordinating team schedules
• Support account managers by sending call agendas, call recaps, and triaging emails and slacks from clients between scheduled calls
  
  

Required Skills and Attributes

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Familiar with both waterfall and agile project management styles
• At least one project management certification (waterfall or agile)
• An excellent command of the English language
• An advanced understanding of how to use common features of mainstream project management tools such as Asana, etc.
• Experience working with Google Workspace tools
• Experience working with messaging communication tools such as Slack or similar
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• An unquenchable hunger to learn

Bonus Skills And Attributes

While not required, candidates with any or all of these skills will be given preferential consideration.

• BOTH waterfall and agile certifications
• Experience working in HubSpot (if not, we'll teach you)
  
  

Must be willing to work Monday to Friday - 10pm to 7am Manila Time

Must have reliable internet connection at home

Must be comfortable working Homebased
