IT Infrastructure and Software Management: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure and software, including servers, networks, cloud-based solutions and software to ensure seamless, secure and productive operations.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection: You will ensure the security of our IT systems and data, implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls and access controls in line with increased data security requirements like NIS-2 for critical infrastructure, best practices and a remaining high working productivity.
System Administration: You will maintain and monitor internal systems, ensuring that all software and hardware components function smoothly and securely.
Support & Troubleshooting: You will provide last level technical support, ensuring the IT department is diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaboration with Management: You will work closely with management to identify IT needs and develop solutions that support business goals. You will also advise on IT-related decisions and contribute to the company’s long-term IT strategy.
Team Leadership: You will work alongside another IT Administrator, whom you will lead and mentor. You will guide them in daily tasks, project work, and help develop their skills.
Project Management: You will lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, network enhancements, and new technology implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Documentation & Reporting: You will document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting solutions, maintaining clear records for ongoing management and compliance purposes.

Ihr Profil

Education: You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in IT administration, with a strongfocus on system, network and software management in medium-sized companies.
Technical Expertise: You possess strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure,including server management, network configuration, cloud platforms, productivity software andvirtualization technologies (e.g. Azure AD, VMware, Veeam, InTune, Office365).
Cybersecurity Knowledge: You have hands-on experience with increased cybersecurity requirements and practices like NIS-2 for critical infrastructure, including the implementation of security protocols, firewalls, data encryption, SSO, 2FA, zero touch deployment, zero trust environment, etc.
Leadership Skills: You have experience leading and mentoring junior IT staff, providing guidance and fostering development.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: You can effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a high level of service.
Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain complex IT topics clearly to non-technical staff and collaborate effectively with various departments.
Project Management Skills: You have experience managing IT projects, from initial planning to successful implementation.
Fluency in English and German: You are fluent in both English and German, enabling you to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
