Partners with Sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high-quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.

Responsibilities

  • As a S&OP Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their supply chain planning processes using Oracle's cloud-based solutions
  • Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud applications, ensuring that business achieve their supply chain objectives efficiently and effectively
  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Configure the Oracle Sales and Operations application to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Work closely with business to understand their supply chain planning needs and translate them into Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud with other Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are equipped to use the Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud effectively
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud solutions
  • Utilize Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud’s reporting tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Sales and Operations Cloud or similar supply chain planning software
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting demand planning solutions in a supply chain environment
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Expertise in Oracle Sales and Operations including creating custom measures to meet business expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) and integration services
  • Strong consulting experience, business analytical skills, and the ability to manage business users’ expectations independently
