We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Product Data Hub solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all product information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub (PDH) modules.
  • Customize PDH solutions to meet business requirements, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of product data including attributes, hierarchies, and classification.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all systems through validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
  • Develop and enforce data standards and governance policies.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle PDH and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle PDH and other enterprise applications.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users to promote understanding and efficient use of Oracle PDH functionalities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, completeness, and performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Seeking an Oracle Fusion PDH analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub.
  • Proven experience as an PDH expert, with firsthand experience with minimum 1+ Oracle fusion PDH implementations.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into PDH Cloud solutions.
  • Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a challenging environment.
  • Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Supply Chain with other Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
  • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite) is a plus.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oracle certification in Product Data Hub or related areas is a plus.
