Salesforce Senior DevSecOps Enginee

Grupo NS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead and oversee DevOps strategies, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Salesforce development, CI/CD technologies, and integration services. A high level of English is essential, as the end client is based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the DevOps strategy for the Salesforce project, including:

• CI/CD workflow (version control and automated deployments)
• Sandbox management
• Documenting releases and overseeing developer workflows
• Collaborate with QA, Tech Leads, Senior Developers, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery to Salesforce environments
• Create and implement scripts using Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX
• Refine and articulate technical user stories, providing clear technical solutions for project requirements
• Support the Tech Lead by ensuring adherence to best practices, offering mentorship, and conducting code reviews
• Author technical design documents in collaboration with Tech Leads, ensuring design patterns are followed
• Take ownership of the development workflow and communicate it effectively to the development team

Requisitos mínimos

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, version control (Git), Salesforce Metadata API, and SFDX
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale system integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs (including Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs
• Exceptional technical documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with administrative/support tasks or roles related to Software Engineering, Big Data, BI, and Data Visualization development is highly valued.
