Under the direction of the Procurement Manager, this role supports the Sales Engineering department in the provision of a professional, effective and knowledgeable service for the procurement of client hardware.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities.

  •      Conduct information discovery, perform data entry into the Customer Relationship Management software, and provide support for renewal opportunities
  •      Perform monthly analysis of data to proactively identify renewal opportunities each month 
  •      Capture licensing information in the CRM for each client
  •      Transfer ownership of equipment from company to client once invoicing is complete
  •      Maintain pricing in software databases ensuring data integrity
  •      Partner with the Procurement Manager and Sales Engineers to address the overflow of quotes and orders
  •      Maintain procurement functions such as lists, quotes, and a solution configurator tool 
  •      Complete sales courses required for vendor relationships while expanding understanding of existing product and service offerings 
  •      Other duties as assigned 

Education and/or Experience

  •      Technical Degree in related field is desired
  •      High School Diploma required
