Responsibilities

• Take the lead in setting up and configuring a brand-new Shopify store, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the client’s vision and business goals
  
• Customize Shopify themes and templates to create a unique, branded shopping experience that stands out in the market
  
• Optimize product listings and descriptions, ensuring they’re not only appealing to customers but also primed for search engine visibility
  
• Implement a user-friendly store layout and navigation structure that maximizes conversions and enhances the overall shopping experience
  
• Integrate and manage advertising and tracking systems to drive traffic and measure performance effectively
  
• Set up and configure essential Shopify apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and improve operational efficiency
  
• Implement best practices for e-commerce SEO, ensuring the store ranks well for relevant search terms
  
• Create and manage product collections, tags, and categories to improve site organization and user experience
  
• Set up secure payment gateways and shipping methods tailored to the business needs and customer preferences
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Shopify-related issues promptly, ensuring smooth store operations
  
• Provide guidance on inventory management and order fulfillment processes within the Shopify ecosystem
  
• Stay updated on Shopify updates and e-commerce trends, continuously improving the store’s features and performance
  

• Proven experience in setting up and managing Shopify stores, with a portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce projects (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify’s features, capabilities, and best practices for store optimization
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization
  
• Proficiency in customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  
• Experience with Shopify app integration and configuration to enhance store functionality
  
• Proficiency with e-commerce SEO best practices and product listing optimization
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, particularly in the context of e-commerce and ad integration
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues efficiently
