Key responsabilities:
Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
Communicate with patients to gather information and provide updates on their care.
Support telehealth services by coordinating virtual appointments and ensuring technology is functioning properly.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions.
