The DIRECTV Data Analytics and Operations Team is looking for a curious, talented highly motivated Data Quality & Change Management Engineer to drive data integrity, governance, and seamless change management processes in a cloud-native environment leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in data quality frameworks, CI/CD automation, metadata management, and impact analysis, ensuring high-quality, governed data across the enterprise.
In this role, you will collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, governance, and business teams to implement best-in-class data validation, change control, and process automation strategies. You will have the autonomy to innovate and implement scalable solutions that enhance data reliability and operational efficiency.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $116,375 - $211,255
Low (N1): $116,375 - $174,515
Mid (N2): $122,500 - $183,700
High (N3): $134,750 - $202,070
Top (N4): $140,875 - $211,255
