Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients needing hiring support.
Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and HR teams.
Present our recruiting services and tailor solutions to client needs.
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
