About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing and Social Media Specialist to lead our global food app's influencer campaigns, social media strategy, and key event activations.

This role combines creative expertise with hands-on execution, ensuring our app stands out as the ultimate resource for meal inspiration, cooking, meal planning, and healthy eating. You’ll monitor social media trends, work closely with influencers and content creators, spearhead engaging campaigns, and coordinate key events to amplify our brand presence— whether online or live activations.


Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and lead creative influencer marketing campaigns to drive app usage and brand awareness
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage influencer relationships, ensuring campaigns align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, such as recipes, meal plans, cooking hacks, or branded videos, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and execute the brand’s social media strategy across all key platforms, including content creation, posting, and community management.
  • Plan and schedule engaging, platform-specific content to build a loyal and engaged audience.
  • Monitor platform trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure social media content is on-brand and highlights key product features as needed.

Event Coordination and Content Creation

  • Take charge of event planning and execution for brand activations with influencers at key events (1-2 annually), coordinating logistics, demos, and media events or social media takeovers.
  • Work with creators to amplify event impact through social media, securing real-time posts, stories, and live coverage.
  • Ensure influencers and creators have everything they need to shine at events.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing and social media management, with demonstrated success in growing brand presence and engagement.
  • Strong portfolio of successful influencer marketing campaigns, including case studies showcasing measurable results.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing social media channels, with experience in content creation, audience engagement, and platform-specific strategies, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Nice to have: experience with event coordination, including planning logistics, managing budgets, and overseeing on-site execution.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on content creation experience (e.g., basic video editing, photography) is a plus.
  • Comfortable being on camera and/or producing food or lifestyle-focused video content is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with occasional international travel to support event activations.
