The role

As a Data Scientist in our Product Development team, you will play a key role in developing innovative customer research solutions powered by AI and automation. You’ll drive data-informed decision making through internal product use analytics. Your work will directly contribute to the creation of scalable solutions, while collaborating across teams to integrate AI into our product ecosystem.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead research and development of machine learning models using our extensive customer experience dataset
  • Design and implement research approaches that leverage AI insights to create automation assisted customer research workflows
  • Develop and maintain production-ready machine learning models
  • Extend and fine-tune Large Language Models for specific product applications
  • Analyze internal product usage data to extract actionable insights for data driven product decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and data insights into our product ecosystem

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Postgraduate degree (Masters or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Jupyter notebooks
  • Knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud computing platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and extending foundation models
  • Proven experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment in production environments
  • Expertise in first-principles data science and machine learning
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment
  • Strong background in product analytics and data visualization
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer experience analytics
  • Track record of delivering ML solutions within fast paced environment timelines
  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering and optimization
  • Proficiency with BI tools and SQL for complex data analysis
