Job Summary:
PetPlace is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet Recovery who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative- Lost Pet is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.

Please Note, the Lost Pet Recovery department does work 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Shifts can run anytime between 8:00am and 12:00 midnight. There is a 10% shift differential available for shifts ending at 9pm or later local time
