Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team and support operational and financial reporting analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reports and data insights. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to generate insights for operational and financial reporting.
Develop, maintain, and improve reports used by senior management.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
Work with proprietary ERP systems to extract and manipulate data.
Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create business intelligence dashboards.
Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and experience handling large datasets.
Experience working with ERP systems (specific ERP experience not required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline and enhance reporting structures.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with financial statements (a plus but not required).
Experience building business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI (a plus).
