Responsibilities

The Scoping Engineer is responsible for performing scoping for original Order Of Magnitude (OOMs), OOM revisions and financial true-ups.

Salary- Depending on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:

• Completing TRACKIO data and scoping notes to meet deadlines.
• Entering accurate material data in conjunction with standard updates and changes.
• Review RFDS and monitor process flow.
• Ensure customer’s needs and requirements are met for SS014 meeting.
• Create accurate Scope of Work based off of RFDS.
• Interface with customer’s scoping, SAQ, and RAN teams.
• Actualize E2E Process
• PPR005 - Scoping Preliminary Review (site scoping survey required?)
• Determine if RFDS is good to hold SS014 meeting
• PPR007 - Schedule SS014 meeting
• PPR007 - Conduct SS014 meeting
• PPR007 - Actualize SS014
• Ensure that SS014 is actualized by customer
• SCP001 - (REV 1) Crane determination if NO scoping survey completed
• SCP001 - (REV 1) enter scope into tool which updates Oracle and creates budget
• SCP001 - (REV 1) revise OOM to match REV 1 scope
• SCP001 - (REV 1) Add bolt-on and site fees
• SCP001 - (REV 1) Con Mat BOM creation
• SCP001 - (REV 1) NON-Con Mat BOM creation
• SCP001 - (REV 1) Add blocks to project
