Job Description Summary
Responsible for planning and performing adversarial simulations (Red Teaming), security assessments, and penetration tests. Key responsibilities include developing methodologies, documenting findings, and prioritizing risks for leadership review.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and validate penetration tests on various platforms and applications.
- Document vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Research emerging threats and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams on Red Team projects and share knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in penetration testing or Red Teaming.
- Proficiency in tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Kali Linux.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, GPEN) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced exploitation, malware analysis, or hardware security.
- Familiarity with cloud applications and cryptographic analysis.
