Cardio Partners is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the e-commerce business.

100% remote opportunity for Non-Central Ohio based candidates.

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the e-commerce business. This role focuses on analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), generating actionable insights, and delivering demand forecasts and projections to support business growth. The Senior Manager of Data & Insights will conduct cohort and lifetime value (LTV) analyses, provide consumer behavior insights, and identify trends to optimize performance and enhance customer experiences.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will contribute directly to the company’s e-commerce strategy by providing insights that improve performance, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your work will inform demand planning, marketing strategies, and business initiatives, enabling the organization to achieve sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Analyze e-commerce KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to inform business strategies
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts and projections to support inventory planning, marketing campaigns, and revenue goals
  • Conduct LTV, cohort, and retention analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize acquisition and retention strategies
  • Deliver consumer insights and trend analyses to improve customer experiences and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to align data insights with business goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize ROI
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmarks for e-commerce performance
  • Support ad hoc analyses and deep dives into specific business challenges or opportunities as needed
  • Supervise a project manager; assign tasks, manage workloads and provide clear direction
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Expert level proficiency with Excel and Google sheets
  • Experience with forecasting models and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity to identify and define strategic opportunities
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, including cohort analysis, LTV calculations, and churn prediction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven supervisory experience and industry-specific knowledge preferred
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems efficiently
  • Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality and integrity
