Position Overview:
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive sales and client management training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge, ensuring they can effectively achieve sales goals by providing ongoing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and client relationship building, while also assessing training needs and measuring the effectiveness of programs to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific training needs for the sales and client management teams, including new hires and existing associates.
Curriculum Development: Design and create comprehensive sales and client management training programs, including onboarding modules, product knowledge training, methodologies, objection handling techniques, and client relationship management strategies.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, utilizing various instructional methods like role-playing, simulations, case studies, and e-learning platforms to engage participants.
Coaching and Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to leaders to reinforce training concepts and address individual development needs.
Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client management performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Collaboration: Partner with leaders, SME’s and Marketing to align training initiatives with overall sales strategy and address specific team challenges.
Stay Updated: Keep up no date of industry trends, best practices in training, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs.

Required Skills:
Strong Sales and Client Management Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and client behaviors.
Instructional Design Expertise: Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and curriculum.
Presentation and Facilitation Skills: Excellent communication skills to deliver training sessions with clarity and enthusiasm.
Leadership and Coaching Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and provide constructive feedback to associates.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training programs based on changing market dynamics and business needs.
